Join Daniela in class, then take your yoga practice off the mat and into the great wide open!
Together, binding the union of mind, soul and body to create a wellness for wholeness, through gentle guided awareness, breathwork and organic movement.

Different techniques we explore are :

Havening technique

Hatha/scaravelli based yoga

Breathwork

Humming/Omming

A bit of shaking, Swaying And all those good things that make us feel ultra grounded, calm and rested.

End class in bliss with healing sound bath.

Guided Awareness, Breath and meditation session

I offer meditation and awareness sessions to help discern, understand and identify between the conscious self and unhelpful runaway and sometimes distressing thoughts.

I teach how to be in the now, open and calm in moments of chaos and turbulation, so that we can live a more peaceful, aligned flowfull and joyful everyday life.  Instead of behaving in a negative reactive manner. We can respond as the best version our better self.

1-1 remote or face to face private session: 1hour  £60

Group course runs for 4 weeks (1 hour per week) - £60.
